Jennifer started her career in 1999 with Aircraft Insurance Agency and is a Veteran of the USAF. She is married to Eric Rodriquez and they love spending time with daughter Ashley and granddaughter Logan. Jennifer’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, quilting and lots of family time.
Jennifer is now the proud owner of Aircraft Insurance Agency by Duncan, LLC. and looks forward to continuing the legacy of her parents Bill and Lee Duncan.
Tracy Bewley has been a licensed insurance professional for 20+ years. Her ability to negotiate with underwriters and her knowledge of coverage are huge assets to our clients. She loves spending time with her grandkids and her miniature schnauzer Gracie. She is a super fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.
Ashley is the granddaughter of Lee Duncan, and daughter of Jennifer Rodriquez. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University and has been with AIA by Duncan since 2017. When not at the office, Ashley loves spending time with her daughter Logan, and her dogs Hank and Lily. Her hobbies include painting, attending concerts, kayaking, and reading a good book.
Shelbi started working for AIA by Duncan in February of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative and became an Agent in September of 2023. She enjoys the fast pace environment, taking quality care of her customers, and working with her best friend Ashley. Shelbi is married to Ryan Anderson and has two dogs, Molly and Buckshot. She is a big sister to Suzi, Copley, Remy, and Jude. In her free time she enjoys camping, floating the river, going to concerts, game nights, reading a good book, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
